TypeError: Cannot read property 'PriceModifier' of undefined.

After completing Fence's second task the server throws me this error, then does not load Fence's items quests or anything (Can't send a screenshot for some reason.) Every other trader is still working just not Fence during this issue. Have no mods installed and have tried reinstalling multiple times etc..

I'd be happy to, however it says "This file extension is invalid" when i try to attach it, if this does not work I'm not sure how else to attach it.
