Considering you posted the same thing at Never Lose Equipments. im guessing you installed them incorrectly.
the Mods archives (.zip) content need to be extracted into [Your AKI directory]/user/mods/
so for me it will be in - MyPC/SSD/Tarkov/user/mods

I have an issues where when i set the StackableBarters options, stack some items, do a raid, then when i come back out the stack is back down to one again.

yeah, looks like "Mult" will always throw an error atm.

my assault value is set to 120 when i startup the server for the first time but in the read me in the mod it says that it can only be a number between 0 and 100

ok, so the dll got added but not the mod folder for the server.
That's very weird, can you go into the zip and go into the user/mods/ folder in there should be a Faupi-MunitionsExpert 1.4.0 folder, copy that folder and paste that into your mods folder and it should be fixed
show me whats inside:
user/mods/ and
bepinex/plugins/
so you dont see this at all?
can you check your mods folder and see if it looks like this?
