Try using the link provided in this thread see if that fixes it for you, can you do me a favour as it seems to have fixed it? For them, take a screen shot of your BSG files before doing this save it somewhere, if it works take a screenshot of the new files using the link, maybe something weird is happening there Link to other thread
This does work, deleting and reinstalling the game has fixed the problem for loading now just wait for the bear/Usec screen to load!
Deleting, and re-installing the entire game and re do the API fixed the problem for me 100% thanks guys!

Not only did that work but it loaded the quickest I have seen EFT load.

are you both installing SPT in a folder on the same drive as the live game?

You don't need to downgrade with the latest AKI patch bud, I have tested this myself and it works fine. Hope this helps!
I said i tried downgrading but saw the latest one was for the recent vershion of tarkov. so its not downgraded
I've tried downgrading then saw the current one is for the newest version of tarov so I re-tried to download and play and I've had the same problem
