1 more thing, I got a new pc with windows 11, and my old pc was windows 10, bascially what im getting at here is on my old pc, when I first ever launched the server, it asked me to allow changes, but on my new pc, it didnt, so is it my operating system or something else you think?

These errors would seem to indicate that the launcher doesn't have permissions to access the files on your desktop. Either move AKI somewhere else, or try running the launcher as admin.
