These errors would seem to indicate that the launcher doesn't have permissions to access the files on your desktop. Either move AKI somewhere else, or try running the launcher as admin.

what do you mean by "move AKI somewhere else"
Try moving it from your desktop do C:/SPTARKOV/ and put it in there, make sure the launcher is finding the right place, or even reinstall it under the new place
Go to The Game folder
Right click on the folder open properties window
uncheck READ-ONLY
click apply
