In that case i'd try these.
1) I try a new profile, maybe the set IDs for suits is that is set doesn't exist
2) Be sure you're not playing with VPN/Proxy active, they may stagger server performance even though it's localhost.
Since it's loading issue - maybe it can't resolve the request to load it.
It would also hinder performance with selling buying items, so if you also have that - it may help.
3) Missing models, it can't load your character because it's missing game assets, in that case - reinstall.

yes, i mentioned that i tried it without any mods, and the bug still persists

Whenever I tab into my "Overall" section on my character screen, my playermodel doesn't show up and the two clothing tabs at the bottom of the screen just say "1280x960 (16:9)" for some reason, and once i click on it I'm unable to click on or interact with anything in my inventory screen, very much like the old bug with the "overall" tab on scavs. I've tried uninstalling all my mods but it doesn't fix it. See below attachment for an example of the problem.

After completing a raid on factory and going through the survived screen I encountered an error when loading into the main menu, whenever i launch the game now as soon as it gets to the loading screen it gives me this error (shown in attachment bellow) i have looked through all the old forums and found no solutions that work for me, i would appreciate any help.
