ok that means your live EFT client is corrupted as the file should not exist in a clean version 12.12.3.16266 install. try running a file integrity check on the BSG launcher and see if it'll get rid of that file.
if that still doesn't work, you'll have to uninstall both your EFT client and BSG launcher then do a complete clean reinstall.
I don't know how to post a thread on here but i have a problem with the patcher saying that i dont have winpixeventruntime.dll
make sure the version of the client you're trying to downgrade matches the patcher, they are version specific!

You were copying your live client from the wrong folder. "EFT (live)" is the old outdated default install folder. Newer installs of the client should be in "EFT".
I get what you mean man but it's not the best way to solve it, noone should have to pay a subscription just for a patcher download it doesn't make sense to me, unfortunately I'll have to wait for an update or a comment from someone with more information.
The patcher is 17gb uncompressed, because it reverts all the changes from 12.12 to 12.11. Basically, the more changes between the 2 client versions, the large the downgrade patcher is going to be.
I provided 2 links to ensure people have a way to download it, it isn't as convenient as people would've liked.
There are only so much you can do with free file hosts.
Like you said, no one should need to pay just for a patcher download. I'd rather not spend money on a premium file host solution just so people are able to download without restriction.
Mistakes have been made during the generation of the latest downgrade patcher. A new patcher is being generated right now!

were there any errors when you ran the downgrade patcher?
you could try giving more details than just "error after error" what exactly does the error say?
that is normal behavior, it launcher deletes files SPT does not need when you first run the game.
additionally, your game client version is compatible with SPT-AKI 1.5.1 please check FAQ to see how to make it compatible.
how much ram do you have? and how much virtual memory?
can you monitor your ram usage while you load the non-factory maps.
also, check your trace log under spt/logs/ to see if it mentions anything
this is a known issue that has been reported.

please try and reinstall SPT with a newly coped live EFT client!

your is telling us you are having issues extracting the patcher though.
you said that your successfully downgraded your client, can you please show us a screenshot of the version number on your escapefromtarkov.exe (right click -> properties -> details tab) so we can confirm whether or not it has been downgraded.
This user has resolved his issue by completely reinstalling live EFT and starting with a fresh copy of the client.

can you start a independent thread with logs and screenshots of the issues you are running into?
game crash on start up indicates you have the wrong client version. please see the FAQ about how to downgrade your client from the latest version to the required version of spt-aki
maybe try extracting using 7zip? also, have you tried redownloading the patcher? in case it was corrupted, you can also try downloading from the other mirror
