also, do you happened to have "curse and tagged" checked on before you go into the raid?
as the instruction on the downgrader mentioned, you need to extract the patcher so that "aki_data" folder and patcher.exe is in the same folder as escapefromtarkov.exe in your spt folder

as for your loading into raid thing, check for error logs in spt/logs/ and spt/user/logs

i know you have tried clearing your documents folder. but try this, go to your documents/escape from tarkov/ find shared.ini and change the fov to 20.

your second picture shows you extracted the downgrade patcher into a folder of its own instead of your spt folder
reinstall your live EFT then start with a fresh copy.
check your launcher settings, make sure its pointed at the correct spt folder
well, it says your port 443 is in use, check to see what's using it? make sure you don't have another instance of the server running, or an http server.

check and see if there are any client error logs under both /spt/logs or /spt/user/logs
monitor you ram usage while loading reserve, make sure its not running out of memory, if it is, try and increase your page file size in windows system settings
check the settings in your launcher, make sure it is pointed to your spt directory correctly.
the server logs you provided doesn't not show the errors shown on your screenshot. another thing, the spt folder structure in your error logs is different from the one on your screenshot as well.
since the Bots are running locally they will take a toll on your cpu as opposed to live tarkov, that is just how it is. Other than lowering the bot counts like ThatGuyXIV suggested, you can also try and increase your page file size in windows system settings, so you have more virtual memory.
check it in the settings try and set it again? doesn't hurt to try
that usually indicates you have changed your game directory, try and reconfigure it in the settings.
