If you have any progress in SPT, copy over the user/profiles folder

It looks like some of your EFT files are corrupt, try deleting live + its launcher + spt and installing everything fresh.
The file integrity check doesn't seem to catch all file errors.

Regarding the other issues, you'd need to provide logs, perhaps there's an error breaking your DSP.

Wiki has been updated to 13.5, you will find mismatches in spt 3.6.1 compared to latest eft.

You have a mod-created quest in your profile that's looking for a trader that no longer exists. Maybe you removed a trader mod recently?

PMCs won't have FiR on their gear in next SPT update if you can wait for it, no eta unfortunately

Your antivirus may have deleted some key SPT files.
Try downloading SPT from here and extract the contents into your SPT folder, overwrite all.

I tried everything from that post but don't help anything. I enabled every conection for the defender and everything but dont work either.
I turned off the Defender but still dont work
The latter parts of that url should help, a full reinstall of live usually does
