Very unlikely a newer version of SPT will resolve a profile data issue. You're best making a new profile + keeping regular backups to stop this happening again

Have you installed any clothing mods? i'm seeing errors relating to corrupt clothing.
If not, you could try:
* Deleting your live eft + spt (back up your user/profiles folder first)
* Install live again
* Install SPT again
* Copy your backed up profiles into your new spt folder

Your log files show no errors, no one can reproduce the issue you're reporting, you've given us no steps on how to reproduce other than "go into woods/factory and extract" (which all work for the 4 people that have tried)
i'm not even sure your log files are correct, e.g. your server log shows you doing a customs raid which isn't related to your initial problem

From our research we found you need to hold the DSP in your hands to cross the bridge and we coded it in SPT as such,. Is this not the case?
Do you have any videos of players on live crossing bridge without it in their hands?
Zryachiy will only become hostile if you get too close/shoot him or his followers

That's likely the case, your main profile is corrupt in some way. If you are able to find the problem and fix it (by comparing your two profiles, perhaps?) you can keep using it. Otherwise you'll have to delete it and start again.

Ah! i know the issue!
You need to reinstall your live EFT, this is a 100% fix for the issue.

Take a look at your launcer config file here: user\launcher\config.json
Does "gamePath" have a value?

did you reinstall SPT recently, perhaps manually?

top right of the launcher:
Inside settings, check the "SPT game path" points to where you installed SPT

your live files could be corrupt. Try uninstalling live (make sure to find the EFT folder and delete the contents afterwards) and installing again using the BSG launcher, then run the SPT installer again.

This can happen when you run the server/launcher as admin but not the other. Something to watch out for.

You've not got many options;
1) Find and cleanly remove the item with the key from your profile JSON found in `user/profiles`
2) Delete the profile and start again
Just saw your reply, looks like you've attempted to remove the item and have not done it correctly. Try running your JSON through a site like: https://jsonlint.com/
It may help you find what's wrong.

Ensure you've updated your live eft first.
Then follow the steps outlined on the installers overview page. (Very important the folder you copy the installer into is empty)

Try starting live up to the main menu, then try the SPT installer

This is caused by having an outdated copy of live files. Download EFT again and it will fix your issue
