You dont mention your computer hardware so that could be the cause, you need a powerful CPU to run all the AI and maintain a reasonable framerate.
You're also using AI mods like SAIN. These can have adverse affects on your FPS.

I would recommend you join the discord and ask in #mods-development. There's lots of people willing to help with mod creation.

This was fixed in a 3.5.8 hotfix yesterday, download it again and overwrite your existing files.

The only issue I can see is the traders items looks like it is missing mods, buying the item gives you the full, unedited weapon

A lot of different things mentioned here:
SNB ammo box: there's no flea price for the ammo as it doesn't appear on flea very often, it falls back to the handbook price (1000 rub).
Insure items in pouch: i thought this is how it works in live?
Removing mods on trader presets: There was a fix a few versions ago not sure what happened to it. Would need further investigation.
The price doesn't change after editing the preset + you still get the full item, right?
Can the item be altered to have additional items for same price?

RAM is going to be an issue with you having 16gb. Make sure things like discord/browsers are closed when playing spt on big maps (lighthouse/streets)

i can't view your client log as it contains an 'invalid character' i dont know what that means.
Does the game crash when loading into all maps or only some, for example, Factory?

If you've installed SPT into the live EFT folder you need to delete everything and start fresh.
The 'patching' issue can occur due to:
