Have you ever been able to extract from a raid ever?
Your logs show the client is unable to receive data from your server, it could mean a permissions problem, where did you install SPT to?

Try the following:
Uninstall EFT
Delete SPT folder
Uninstall the BSG launcher
Download EFT and install
Start up EFT
Download and run installer again

Are there any log files inside your spt folder the installer created? if there are, can you upload them so i can see?

I don't know what to suggest other than deleting live tarkov + spt and installing fresh

Can you take a look at this folder `Aki_Data/Server/configs` and tell me what's inside?
It should contain 23 files

You need to use 7zip to extract the contents of that zip file

"address in use" can happen when the server was started and crashed, its still silently running in the background. Best advice i can give is to restart your computer.
Did you install SPT using the installer or did did you install it manually?
When the server crashes, are there any logs?

The errors in your log hint bepinex files are missing, did you install manually or use the installer?

I had a look for the toughbook quest item, i can see it in the forced loot data, it should be spawning.
Can you check to see if you moved the item from your pmcs storage into your hideout quest item storage?

Are you stuck on the launcher saying "patching" or does it get in game with a blank screen/no menu?

What does the error message say?
Did you download/run a downgrader patcher?

Sounds like your profile has become corrupted. Looking at your logs it's related to the daily quests.
In your profile JSON there's a section called `RepeatableQuests`, somewhere in there there's a bad value, likely "null"

If you make a second profile, does it load to the main menu?

If you're starting the server as admin, you need to start the launcher as admin
Check the laucher options, the URL should be: http://127.0.0.1:6969
