Quest items dont spawn after death

I am softlock out of Audiophile and Cargo X part 2, each time the quest item was picked up and then died. when i go back to grab the item it dosent spawn anymore (tried 4 times in Streets and 5 times on shoreline. Nothing. i was on 3.5.0 at first and try to update to fix the issue but the issue persist.

I was able to get the pick BUT the one for cargo X is still bugged

If theres no way to make it spawn is there a way to give myself the item and just complete the quest

I did checked that and its not in either inventory. and i remember dying from the goons when i had it
