patcher error 0x80004005

Getting this error when I try to unzip my patcher.exe to "downgradepatchers" folder unsure of what to do as I'm not experienced and don't want to mess anything up with it and its also already not working.
my hardware if it helps

RX 6700xt
ryzen 5 5600x

Also don't include bepinex or server log files as i do not even have them yet I haven't attempted to launch my game they are copy pastes of my client log file I cannot submit this without them

try using this SPT-AKI-INSTALLER

extract and place only it and an empty folder, if possible on the same disk as the online installation.

run it and let it work, when finished run it once, close it.

Now just install the mods of your choice.

You need to use 7zip to extract the contents of that zip file

so, friend, do as i said that soon you will be playing, create an empty folder, name it with the name STP, place the executable that you extracted in that folder and run it as adm.

wait for it to finish. Run serve.exe once let it read and create the folders where you are going to put the mods, when it creates the folders you close it and install the mods of your choice, be happy.
