3.5.3 requires EFT 22173 and should not require any downgrade
Make sure your live EFT is updated. If it is, delete live EFT completely and install fresh and try again

I am having the same issue, about 20 minutes into I will black screen and my computer will reboot. I have have done a fresh install twice and even wiped my windows to make sure it wasnt something else. I have 32gb of ram and core i9 with a 3070ti so I dont think it is my hardware.
You should make your own thread and attach logs

I would recommend joining discord and discussing this in #dev-community, currently I don't see any issue with the values generated and believe its working as intended. I am open to being convinced otherwise if there's evidence

Infinite spinning is caused by the server crashing and not responding to the client, if you get an error in the server window let the mod author know and they can resolve it.

Your log is filled with write attempt errors, try moving your SPT folder to a different location, some folders have extra protections that stop programs writing changes to them.
Try C:\Games\spt

Do you crash when playing on smaller maps like factory?
You're likely running out of RAM, this isn't something we can help you with, other than give suggestions
e.g. Close all programs you can before running tarkov (discord/web browsers)

The server detected your windows is set to Swedish but cannot find a locale file for it, so it uses english instead, it has no relationship to crashes
What's strange is i can see a 'sv' locale file located at: Aki_Data\Server\locales\
Did you delete it?
Regarding your crashes, 16gb is rather low for certain maps like Lighthouse or Streets

Can you attach a server log that shows the error you get? the one you linked is just `Profile changes saved` 50+ times

Each map has about 4-8k runs each. Is it possible keys are just rare and you're getting bad luck?
For the container loot gen, we take the loot of all maps and combine into one pool for each container, e.g. duffle bags loot in interchange and customs and reserve (and so on for all maps) are combined.

It appears to be a default eft item, so we can rule out a mod-added item. Did you edit the file at all?

When you installed the new version did you delete the old folder first?
Also make sure you've not installed SPT into a protected folder, by default this includes:
c:\Users\<username>\*c:\Users\Public\*

Crashing can happen when you run out of RAM, large maps (streets/lighthouse). You need minimum of 16GB (32 is ideal).
If you're sure RAM isn't the issue, try deleting SPT + live tarkov and download everything again.
