When you installed the new version did you delete the old folder first?

Also make sure you've not installed SPT into a protected folder, by default this includes:

• c:\Users\<username>\*
• c:\Users\Public\*

Crashing can happen when you run out of RAM, large maps (streets/lighthouse). You need minimum of 16GB (32 is ideal).

If you're sure RAM isn't the issue, try deleting SPT + live tarkov and download everything again.

Open up your profile and look for the id shown in the error, what is the items tpl id?

You need to find this item in your profile and delete it: 5f4f9eb969cdc30ff33f09db

Looking at the logs, you're getting the `cast error`. have a read of the FAQ, specifically the section titled `Endless loading / Stuck on splashscreen / Game crash to desktop`

You're using an outdated version of SPT we don't provide support for.

Your profile saves to disk every ~20 seconds or so, if you close the server too quickly after a raid/action it won't be saved

Try looking for a file in your SPT folder with the word 'lock' in it, if it exists, delete it.

You've got lots of mods, remove them and try with a new profile. If it works slowly re-introduce mods to see what's causing it.

The 203 (5938504186f7740991483f30, you got the wrong id) key has a low % to spawn and does appear in the loose and static loot files for customs, this is data that comes from BSG. It's not a guaranteed spawn from the looks of it

Everything i've seen so far indicates things to be working as intended

The above key list doesn’t tell us if the items are a guaranteed spawn, only they're used for a quest which isn’t an indicator of it being a 100% spawn

You've passworded your client log file

Have you tried disabling all mods and using a fresh profile, does it crash then?

We dont support older versions of SPT, update to latest.
