I wouldn't be surprised if its the Pause mod causing this issue. It's caused issues such as player being stuck, not being able to interact with loot/bodies and also fall through the floor.

You need to delete the "LegionPrePatch.dll" from the BepInEx/Patchers folder. This should fix your issue.

EDIT: Forgot to mention this happens if you have installed and then removed RaidOverhaul 2.0.0 or later.

As far as I am aware this is a live bug on Ground Zero so SPT has nothing to do with it. However, others in that reddit post mentioned that if you have Amands Graphics installed you can reset the bug using the toggle.
