Okay I fixed the issue, corrupted/broken Desktop runtime v8.0.6, would not allow me to uninstall so I had to download the one from microsoft and used as a repair tool, uninstalled and upgraded to v8.0.8! Now everything works.

Good afternoon. I tried finding BepInEx log file and also Client log file but both were not available. This is a fresh install of SPT and the game launcher isn't working. Server launcher has no issue. Only client logs available are from yesterday but not today after the fresh install. Attached are screenshots.
Things I have tried to repair:
Using framework repair tool
Installed in C drive
Integrity check on original Tarkov launcher
Reinstalled Tarkov and SPT afterwards
used sfc/scannow
