Is there a way to increase the number of fresh skill points? The app only lets me set it to 10, was wondering if it's possible to make it more?

Everything in terms of the game went fine other than when I got back into my stash, everything that was in my equipped chest rig disappeared. Not sure what caused it.
The server thing spammed the message

multiple times, I'm assuming it must have been once for each item that vanished.

fwiw I did another raid and everything extracted fine.
