it just the helmet shield does not lift up and down and the night-vision goggles they not working.

Well, the one I use is call the AKI PATCHER 1.0.0
it says This tool let you downgrade your EFT client to an older client version. so I assume it does what it says...or maybe I'm miss understanding it.
And there aren't any error logs so not sure what do you want to see

helmet shield are always in use, and night-goggles only work at a flash of time. how can I solve this problem. or is it a knowing issue that can't help with?
