helmet shield are always in use, and night-goggles only work at a flash of time. how can I solve this problem. or is it a knowing issue that can't help with?

The Downgrade version from this web
There is no downgrade for the latest client version on this site so what original version did you downgrade?. Also you failed to provide any logs at all...

it says This tool let you downgrade your EFT client to an older client version. so I assume it does what it says
It also says "Downgrade EFT client files from version 12.9.2.11410 to version 12.9.10532", so if you do not have exactly 12.9.2.11410 version than it is not of any use to you. It is not compatible with the latest live or any 12.10.*** version that us why you were asked what was the live client version you use (before downgrade)
And there aren't any error logs so not sure what do you want to see
Server logs do exists in "<ROOT>\user\logs\server.log" from the moment you start server
And "<ROOT>\Logs\log_<timestamp>\<timestamp> errors.log" - client logs added after you start client
