I figured it out
At a guess it doesn't like the () in your folder name "EFT (live)"
changing the file name didn't work
When I start up the server and Launcher everything works out fine but when I click on Start game these two errors show up and that's it. The FAQ sadly don't show anything about this and I am sad that this isn't working on my end
