Makes the "@loot" tag configurable from the F12 menu.

e.g. Setting the tag to "@" will let you tag items with "@", "@1", "@2", and the mod will function as if it was still using "@loot" in the same context.

Heads up: had to add the following line to the fleamarket section of the script to get the extended / custom blacklist to work:

Ragfair.dynamic.blacklist.custom = Config.Fleamarket.FleaBlacklist;

I love this mod, but are there workarounds for quests failing to start? Never got the Analgin barter or the 9x19 / 12 gauge starting ammo quests.
