thanks though my computer hates it so maybe I might go back to low graphics darn I wish I had a better computer.

I believe it is this Item Info Not only does it color based on tier its main function is to tell everything you need know about an item through Inspect.

what if i just want the colors? and is there a way to change the colors?

You can change the following item property <item>._props.BackgroundColor

To do this without making a mod yourself, you may be able to use the custom item property from SVM.
