New Telnik / Telnyashka colours

Hi all! Today is another preview of my upcoming mod, featuring the "BEAR Telnik" recoloured to multiple real-world variants.

This Telnyashka is light blue, worn by the VDV Airborne. The basegame Telnik is a dark blue, signifying naval service.
