That's happened after I updated SPT from 3.8.3 to 3.9.3 version. Here's the error's message: I didn't downloaded all mods that I had on 3.8.3 including Fika, that might be a problem?

I finished the outcast quest from jaeger but i dont have the craft of ap20 ammo in the workbench and i guess there are other crafts that i dont have but i dont know which. If any of you have an idea of the reason. Have a great day.
