A radar mod that displays enemy locations and identifies various enemy types.


This mod is upgraded from Tyrian's ACCURATE CIRCULAR RADAR STANDALONE. Please give the credit to Tyrian.

  • Show the enemy's location and types based on color. Red for BOSS and its followers, green for Scav, and yellow for PMC.
  • Adjustable detection range.
  • Adjustable scale of distance showing (enemies near you will be more distant from each other).
  • Adjustable scan interval (update rate of the radar map).

The adjustment can be done through the BepInEx's F12 menu.


Unzip the BepInEx.zip into your game folder, and make sure the DLL file is placed at gameFolder/BepInEx/plugins/Tyrian-Radar.dll and the bundle file is at gameFolder/BepInEx/plugins/radar/radarhud.bundle.

  • Question 1) What do you think about the possibility of configuring the radar to display NPCs between two distances (maximum and minimum)?

    Question 2) What do you think about the possibility of the radar displaying, within a perimeter (Radius), the location of the quest? This perimeter (radius) would be configured through a maximum value and when entering the perimeter (Radius), the radar stops displaying the location of the quest and when leaving the perimeter (Radius) the radar returns to displaying the quest.

  • Before today update i hadnt have any problem with unexpected blip on screen but now when you have "fix it" i have that problem xD

    Is this still not compatible with swag?

    • I believe so ; I used SWAG for 2 raids and both times enemies disappeared off my radar. Now I have a constant issue where the radar borks mid-raid.

  • Odd question, but is there a way to only show dots for one faction? For RP purposes I want to be able to see Bears on the radar but no other bots. The sliders to reduce the visibility have no actual effect from what I can tell. They turn transparent in the F12 menu but are still visible on the radar itself.

  • For some reason the dots go out of the radar and onto the center of the screen

    • same for me after a couple of minutes in the raids dots are everywhere on screen

    • For me it actually only seems to happen on customs?

  • it'd be cool if the dots appeared as the line scans over them. and be able to adjust scan speed

  • Hello, is it possible to add a possibility of changing the colors of the points ? I am color blind and i do not see the difference in colors between the points of the scavs and those of the PMC's.

  • Sometime the radar tiny red/yellow dots will fly out the radar and flashing in the center of the screen, a tiny bit of second and it will disappear , from time to time it will happen often once you are running and the radar is actively scanning targets. But beside that the radar works perfectly fine

  • Hi , thank you for this awesome mod, i tried to get it for my game but it doesn't work. I can see the radar on the screen when in raid or in hideout, but it doesnt scan or run anything.

    • Could you try to recrusively remove half of the mod and figure out which mod cause the issue?

    • I'm not sure, but I think it's because of swag.

      It seems like it creates a lot of bots and causes them to malfunction.

  • Hi, for some reason the radar doesn't work for me. It appears but it's completely stationary, and doesn't detect anything.

  • Hey, great work so far! If it's possible, could an option for bloodhounds/raiders?/rogues? to be separated from boss (red)?? Not sure if Raiders and rogues come up red, but yeah thought I was fighting goons on customs and it was just bloodhounds 🤣

    • This would be really really useful, I use SVM to make USEC non-hostile towards my PMC, but I still end up TKing friendly ones on accident because I can't tell which is which

  • Hello Leonana69, I have a simple suggestion theoretically but do know practically if it's that simple to right it. So this came from one of my favorite game of all time (STLKER series), when A.I. is dead there markt on the map with an X and it's colored depending if it's an PMC, Scavs, Boss etc. can you make it so that when search the body it changes color to gray on the map so that you or A.I. has looted that body you would know. Thank you

    • This would be a welcome addition for sure. I'd also love to be able to set an independent color for dead bodies all together. Would that be possible too?

  • I think the radar affects the performance, can you add refresh rate of the radar to the config so it could be tested?

    • There is a scanning interval, you can set it to 1s.

  • If you have time and are willing to take suggestions, could you expand the color customization so we can select colors for each faction instead of types? Similar to the armband mod where you got green for scavs, blue for usec, red for bear, and so on...

  • Thank you for your mod, it works fine! It was asked before, I would also like a on/off button, that would be great. One thing about Tarkov is the tension s.o. could cross your way at any time. But sometimes for me it´s hard to figure out, where s.o. is hiding. For these situations a switchable radar would be great, because it could just be used, when really needed. Just my thoughts... Thanks again! :thumbup:

    • I found my issu. Some incompatibility with SWAG. have removed the mod and its all good

    • Can confirm. Mod does not work correctly with SWAG installed. Works as intended after SWAG uninstall.

  • I dont know if I am the only one with this problem but, the mod works for 10% of each raid at the begining and then stops working entirely for the rest of the time.

    • Same problem works at the beginning and then nothing comes up. Only change the size and location of the radar.

    • Could you provide the error logs? It should be inside Logs/log_2023.../2023... error.log

    • I'm having something similar happening to my radar as well. What would be the best way to show my error logs? I can send on discord or something or on here.

    • It looks like this error is getting pushed to the log every "ping" interval as there's a ton of these in a row on my log file.

    • Now a known issue is the incompatibility with SWAG

  • absolutely love this mod, wondered if it would be possible to get a keybind to make the radar appear/disappear? I find that I've been tunnel visioning in on the radar and would like the option of hitting a key to display it when I need it, rather than it being constantly active.

    -Make the corpse marker gray (different color) or little bit transparent - it's really hard to see alive bots when they are looting dead bodies ;)

    -Maybe remove corpse markers after some time or when they are looted by player or/and AI.
