All Ammo Trader 1.1.2

Please do not ask when mod authors will update their mods to 3.9.X
Bothering mod authors will lead to warnings and repeat offenses will lead to eventual bans.

Need all the ammo? Here's a trader

I wanted a trader that sold all ammo just cause. And I was bored so I made myself a trader. The prices are based on sell prices to Mechanic. Maybe later on, I will add loyalty levels so you can unlock higher-tier ammo later.


Also saw some others were looking for it, so here

  • I love the mod - it removes the grindy-grind from EFT. But I can't make it work with SPT 3.9.3. It works fine with 3.9.2, but under 3.9.3 I get the following message in the server console:


    Mod VAFELZ-VAFELZ-ALLAMMO is missing the sptVersion field, most likely due to being out of date and incompatible with the current version of SPT

    Errors were found with mods, NO MODS WILL BE LOADED


    Is there a way to fix that? I would like to stay on 3.9.3.

  • How can I disable the ability for the trader to buy my things? The trader's buying price is always the highest one, and it always pops up before the other traders when I want to compare selling prices.

    • Hi, currently the pricing of the ammo is done inside the script files. I'll quickly make an update to have the price be from a config file instead ^~^

  • This is the most anticipated update of the decade, ladies and gentlemen!

    I am planning to update to 3.8.1 as soon as I'm able, if compatibility hasn't been tested yet, I can survey and report back here ^^

    • From what I've seen, should work with 3.8.0 and 3.8.1 :D not a lot of changes for server mods in the new update! Next thing to work on will be to organize the ammo by calibre <3

  • So. I can go in and purchase something from this vendor, but when I do, the little loading animation pops up over the items in the vendor showcase. Then I can't purchase anything else until I either restart the game, or enter and leave a raid.


    Does anyone know how to fix this?

    • I already have 1.1.1 and it still causes the issue.

    • In the "mod.js" file the line 35 has to be changed from

      this.mod = "VAFELZ-ALLAMMO-1.1.0";

      to


      this.mod = "VAFELZ-ALLAMMO-1.1.1";


      Then it works with the image.

  • For some weird reason my game crashed and got this error in the cmd window:

    Checked the file and it is there, so not sure why it is saying no file or directory.

    so in version 3.8.X there is a bug that the pmc and scavs cant shoot

    • im using saint, donuts, svm, profile editor, looting bots...


      This mode is fantastic, i really waiting for a fix for the bots that can shoot.. like there weapon is jammed

    • Are there any error logs u get? When you press the button on top of TAB, does it give you any errors? My mod shouldn't affect this as it doesn't edit the weapons and ammo of bots. Do you have any mods that affect bot loadouts?

  • Hey! Loved your mod, very simple yet satisfying. I've restricted some of the ammo I can use based on those I can actually craft so as not to feel too cheesy hehe.

    A question, tho (maybe two):
    1- Can we expect the ammo to appear on the flea market eventually?
    2- The trader image on my game is a full white square, I don't know if its a bug on my end or otherwise.

    • I figured out the solution, you'll just need to change the folder name to "VAFELZ-ALLAMMO" and drop the version number at the end. Due to how this json file is structured if the file is named anything else it kicks back a trace error.

      1- Yep, I'm still working on getting it to the flea and have been asking for help from other modders, sadly, my issue seems perplexing, maybe need to redo the entire thing

      2- I sadly forgot to update the json file structure causing issues with the trader image. This will be fixed once I complete the new ammo pricing

    • Ah! I forgot to mention: I don't know if that's possible, but if you're ultimately unable to access the flea market, you could just sort the store by ammo type. Like put all 9x19 bundled together, and the same with the rest. It would make it 500% easier to find ammo and greatly reduce the cons for not having the market :]

    • I'll try that. I am trying to bundle the ammo together and have them sorted by lowest pen first per calibre. Hopefully it doesn't take too long :D
