    DISCLAIMER, READ ME FIRST:

    Before you continue and install this version, make sure you delete the SAA weapon, SAA Magazine, SAA Ammo pack and the SAA rounds from your inventory. The ids of the weapon has been updated to use MongoID, this is due to how BSG have enforced MongoID on some parts (Ammo, weapon Preset, loose loot spawn point. Have been identified to use MongoID). This is to avoid future problem where BSG decided to enforce more MongoID. If your profile is stuck at loading into the main menu then you did not properly delete the item. Make sure to set "removeModItemsFromProfile" To true inside Aki_Data\Server\configs\core.json, this should delete the bad item that came from the mod.

  • Whenever I go to the inventory with Peacemaker out, I get stuck in the animation, as if the animation does not load for lowering the gun when you stop checking backpack. Is it only my issue or smb also has this?

  • Absolutely Baller mod and gun, Tons of fun. Just one thing I'm curious about: How would you go about giving it the twirl when you pull it out, similar to the golden TT.

  • Is this mod adding the .45C+P ammo?
    Is there anything on the user-side I can do to configure probability of it spawning in static containers? I'm leaving every raid with like 5+ boxes of cartridges every single time because they seem like they're literally everywhere and I'd like to turn them down.

    • currently there is none without modifying the mod.ts file and changing the

      "relativeProbability" number to much lower value. I'll update it later in the afternoon to lower the value, it seems i did put it way too high

    • Just tried the new update 1.0.7. I can confirm that the amount of ammo is now less based on the change made to reduce the percentage by over 90%.


      "relativeProbability": 342 -> 24

      Also noticed this one line was removed from the mod.ts, assuming it was not needed.

  • this mod is absolutely amazing, one thing i noticed, not sure if this is on my end. but when playing in first person, the player modelsseems to look fine if you look at the shadows, but when i switching to third person , the animation stop working and his hands stay down glued to his side

  • No mastery anims?

    • Sadly no, the Animator is a mess as it was made to make do with the single loading mechanic. Its a bit difficult to make something work because of it

    • Great sadness. The quality of the anims gave me very high expectations, and the slow nature of the weapon somewhat compounded that. My own fault of course. Thanks for the updates.

    • If it ever becomes a possibility, consider mastery anims making it possible to extract a casing and replace it in the same cylinder cycle, instead of indexing to each spent casing, and then to each open chamber. As I type this, I recognise that so many things could potentially be relying on specific stages that this would not function with, but on the off chance it is possible, such a slow but powerful weapon would be extremely rewarding to become even marginally faster with when used enough. I enjoy it greatly, and even marginal visual gains for committing to it would elevate this to top tier status.

  • After updating to 3.8.3, im not finding this in the usual spot on Factory. It was relatively consistent before, every 3rd raid or so. I'm through about 11 factory raids and nothing. It's not enough to say for sure that it's no longer spawning, but i'm leaving a note regardless. I don't know where the other maps can spawn it, so factory is all i have checked.

    • Very confident loose spawns of the weapon are not functional, at least on my own install. Having only changed being on 3.8.0 to 3.8.3, the Peacemaker no longer spawns on anything but scavs or vendors.

    • It seems its related to some aspect of Id being forced into MongoID. Seems like the item is not spawning due to ID being non-mongoID. i'll try to put up a fix later on the weekend

  • Getting an issue with the new version that fixed the texture bundle not being readable:
    When shooting the PeaceMaker the gun because of the ammo recoil something that was changed with the recent update is causing the pistol to shoot basically out of your hand / shoots directly to the left with insane recoil.

    • Ive made these changes to fix it:
      Bullet recoil was at 47 I changed it to 12 to match the Rhino .357

    • How did you change the recoil? Through a separate mod?

    • This is a mistake on my part, i was tinkering with it and forgot to revert bundle changes. Will do a quick replace on the link, Thanks for letting me know.

    • It's technically not compatible, since the stats will be vastly different. As in, it will be using already existing weapon stats with no changes. It will be just a duplicated item at best and at worst the mismatched item stats will make the gun fell horrible to use in Realism

  • Getting issue where the texture of the gun isn't loading. It's just white.

    • it seems the file extension was missing on the texture bundle making the server cannot read it. I'll do a quick fix tomorrow

    • Also the ammunition spawns all over the place like crazy. i find ammo for it in almost every single weapons box. Its replacing everything else.

  • Good mod, good animation, but WHY IS THE AMMO SO HEAVY ?

    I put 3 stack in my rig and my weight went from 7.2kg to 78.9kg. will this be fixed later ?

    • the ammo is weightless in the gun, but in your infentory, a stack is 21.3 kg

    • Mistake on my part, i somehow set the weight to 0.425 instead of the intended 0.16. I'll try to fix it soon when i came back. Currently i don't have my PC with me so it will be a while

  • just a note, if you accidently double tap R when reloading the gun will glitch out and you you wont be able to shoot for the rest of the raid. other than that, the animations and models are beautiful

  • I love the mod but the ammo is quite heavy and uh if you press r twice to reload faster the revolver just breaks?

    • Just did that and yeah it does, I guess even with the animator not having the transition it will be confused. I'll update the 1.0.1 link with the fixed animator

    • any chances you will do other revolver like the mosin nagant revolver?

  • Has someone found the spawnpoint on factory?
    Or can I have a tip, search for an hour (same raid, extended time, no ai) and got nothing.

    • Searched for it again, found it and learned, that the spawn is not guaranteed.
