Works on any version of SPT or EFT.
The change is purely cosmetic, makes no difference to AI.
To Install: Just drag and drop the contents of the included zip into where you installed SPT. If installed correctly, you should see the mod in the Bepinex/Plugins folder
Default distance you can hear suppressed gunshots is around 100-120 meters in vanilla. With this you can set it up to 400 meters. Default is 225 meters.
Will need to test more to see if there are any adjustments to the different sound clips that play at certain ranges, let me know if you find any guns that sound strange.

New:
Added advanced options to set each rolloff distance for the 4 sound clips that can be played from a suppressed weapon.
Added modifier for the tail (echo) of a suppressed shot.
Re-tuned sound distances heard to make more sense. Suppressed shots should be far less confusing and sound further away. -

What's the chances of incorporating subsonic rounds. I have always wished that the game would have implemented that correctly. Subsonic should be more quiet than non subsonic lol

Awesome! - what would be absolutely fantastic tho would be incorporation of the kind of distance volumetric effect that's been put into one of the recent STALKER mods - unfortunately I cant recall which one it is - ie. OGSE 0.6.9.4 or TRUE STALKER or OGSR - but authentically distance attenuated gunfire sounds are played according to distance. They only use three levels (near/middle/far) but that works really well for incredible result. I'll poke about and try to find which mod that's in (it contains all the same weapons as Tarkov - so the sound files will be suitable).

That was an engine change in Anomaly that allowed that iirc. And I was the one who used it to remake the gunshots for anomaly :D. My mod is JSRS Sound Port
