Don't know who reported this, but looks like issue with one of mods. Try removing some mods to see if it helps, starting from Fin's AI Tweak. Backup your profile before that so you can get back to where you stopped after issue will be resolved.

Pretty much all "errors" from Fin's AI are completely harmless.

Attempt to run the mod with "enable spawn changes" disabled, and report back.
