The Saiga12k and the Toz-106 are incredibly inaccurate, the buckshot spread it rediculous I've tried with various ammo types too, slugs seem to be fine though.
These are the only 2 shotguns that are inaccurate and are also the only 2 shotguns which don't have a barrel attachment so I assume it's something to do with that.
Is this a known issue?
