No PMC's in raid. Only Scavs.

So every time i get into a raid, no matter if I'm a scav or my own PMC, no AI PMC's spawn. Once and a while ill hear and see one speaking English but hell have no dog tag and dogshit loot like a scav would. I have no idea what to do and help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I noticed the exact same thing too, on custom if you play as SCAV you won't find any PMC.

I'm having the exact same problem. When I play as a scav in Factory, I dont have a single PMC even if I turn the count up to horde.

Yup! I forgot to add to this post but it was Bread&Butter's default settings saying PMC's only spawn on bosses (which I disable frequently) and not having the assault class scav replaced.

No PMC's in raid. Only Scavs.
