Server Wont Launch Properly

Server wont get past what picture displays. Ive tried restarting and redoing and giving admin perms but nothing works for it. On my previous attempt it had managed to load properly but i for some reason didnt have .net 5.0 installed. and the game wasnt patched. This is the second attempt where i reinstalled everything, patched it to the proper game version. and now the server doesnt want to work

Restarting my computer and everything else has somehow managed to fix it. I had already done this a few times but appearently it just works, guess ill mark it as fixed, im not any less confused though
