Game hangs on loading screen, error with patching

Hi,

I installed SPT 2.1.0 from scratch, and the game fails to start, hanging on the loading screen.

The launcher does not warn of any hash mismatch.

Nope, mod folder is completely empty

It's been open for about 20 minutes now, I'd have expected some kind of change by now

I can't explain it, but another complete reinstall fixed this problem.
