Level 4 skier trades not loading

I have had the problem before when traders wouldn't show their next levels but it would usually resolve itself after some restarts and or a raid. This time it has stayed constant that max-level skier trades are not showing. I have looked through the forum but couldn't find anything similar nor could I find it online. I'm sure I missed it but with work, it's just easier to get help. Thanks and have a good day/night.

I had not, that fixed it. Thanks, its funny how simple something is and you dont even realize it.
