server.exe opens a command prompt window then immediately closes

hello, when i open the server.exe as part of the installation, it opens a command prompt which immediately closes and thus i cannot go to the next step which is opening the launcher because the launcher wants the server.exe to be opened first

it seems that i do, i checked the requirements on the patcher page, installation guide page and even the release page and installed em, you mind posting all requirements that might be involved with the server.exe please?

both of those( .NET Framework 4.7.2, .NET Runtime 6) i have had them installed and still have this issue

may i suggest adding these instructions to installation guide and FAQ for fellow win7 users please?
