Patcher not working for me

I've followed all the instructions, made sure to keep SPT-AKI separate but I click the patcher.exe it nothing happens, a blank box shows up with no information whatsoever and it sits there doing nothing.

The game is unplayable for my right now and I really wanted to play ETF single-player, can anyone help me? I literally made an account just to try and get this issue solved xc

Yea I tried doing that, nothing at all, disabling my AV and even making it an exception

Do I need the folder as a whole? the instructions said to copy what was in it, if so that's my bad

"Extract the contents of the zip file, then copy patcher.exe and Aki_Patches into your Aki install. (So they are in the same folder as EscapeFromTarkov.exe)"

Let me know if that fixes your issue. I may update the patcher to handle this case.
