Crashing after complete quest

After completing any quest, the game freezes on synchronization (a circle is spinning at the bottom right). Any item that is dragged in the inventory starts blinking and cannot be interacted with.

I did it according to the instructions, but it didn't help. Everything also freezes

1) Do you have any quest mods installed?

2) What language do you use for client?

Through the program "SPT-Aki Profile Editor" (tried it before Notepad++) set in quest "Polikhim Hobo" status "Success" and installed in additional quests (already removed mods) status "AvailableForStart" and this helped. Freezes disappeared after completing any quest

Excellent, did you make a note of which quests you need to change to available to start, to resolve your issue, by chance?
