Can only load in once after installing

So i installed everything correctly and can load in fine the first time and get my profile setup fine. When i log out and go to login again tho i can click the "start game" button on the bottom right and it shows the "patching" pop up which goes away then the start game button is just blacked out and nothing happens. I've reinstalled like 3 times now restarted computer and nothing. No mods are running, patch is updated.

It randomly decided to work after I reinstalled it for like a 5th time.
