Dying at the countdown/loading screen?

So I deleted all of my mods when it started happening but it's not working, I get to the countdown screen and I hear a falling sound, the sound of my character dying and then I load into a black void.

Thanks! I saved my profile and did a fresh reinstall, everything is working just fine now!
