Unable to extract "release - spt 3.2.3-19428" into SPTARKOV FOLDER

I am trying to extract the folder "release - spt 3.2.3-19428" into SPTARKOV FOLDER and when i do it says that the aki.launcher and aki.server files have an error code of "error 0x 800004005" and when i googled it, it said it could mean the file is damaged or missing, i tried redownloading the release-spt-3.2.3 and try again but it comes up with the same error code

turns out when i extract and skip all the files that wont transfer over, the only files that i can extract and doesnt come up with that error code are

-aki_data

-BepinEx

-EscapeFromTarov_Data

UPDATE: Found the error, i was trying to use 7zip and it didnt work, i tried with winrar and it worked perfectly
