SPT AKI installer runs, but doesn't download archives

Hy,

I've played the mod in my old PC before. Now, I have a new one, and I can't finish download the SPT AKi installer (See the attached print). I've downloaded the .Net needs and reinstalled it and the SPT several times and nothing.

I've read the FAQ and found nothing about before the SPT mod iniciates. (If there's an article about it in the FAQ, I'm sorry, but can you send it to me?).

No, I already disabled the firewall. The mod already installed once, but my game needed to update, when I downloaded the new SPT mod for the corresponding version of the game, it stayed like this.
