Stuck loading on splash screen? need help please

before i explain anything YES i read the FAQ and none of the solutions helped me.

upon starting the Aki.server.exe followed by Aki.Launcher.exe the game will start up with the splash screen and not go further. the bottom right shows a loading icon i even gave it three hours to boot and it never moved on.

any tips or solutions upon reviewing my logs? thanks

It has steps specifically for the error i see in your log files.

yes, ive specifically tried all steps 1-5. but im doing a fresh install according to step 5 again to see if it resolves any issues. thank you.

welp, it works. i guess the first time i uninstalled i left some residual files. thank you, please close this post.
