Cant downgrade SPT. Cant decode delta

Im trying to downgrade from version 13.0.3.22032 to 13.0.2.21734. I use AKI patcher. Followed instructions. Say it cant decode delta file.

Im trying to downgrade because i get an infinite loading wheel. I get past the splash screen than when it gonna go to the menus it just load infinitely no matter how long i wait.

I got net framework 4.7.2 and net runtime 6 installed.

Also did a clean install multiple time to no avail to downgrade even without mods

The explanation of the downgrade is a bit confusing. But i got it. To downgrade. You take all the file in your online EFT folder and put them in a new folder and in that new folder you put the patcher and the patcher folder and use the patcher. Should Work no problem.
