Cant play Streets of Tarkov

Im having a very similar issue. Streets will load, all be it very slowly, once in game its so laggy i have to leave the raid.

Same here it just crashes while loading in, i've been able to get into streets twice but the game always crashes before i have a chance to extract.

Same here. Sometimes I can get in but it doesn't last long, most of the time it crashes on load.

Still crashing on 3.5.1, though I actually got to play for a while before it crashed.

Same issue. The streets loading, the deploy timer is 0, and nothing happen. Stuck this screen. Not loaded the streets, and only one way to close my game is ALT-F4.

Same Issue. Getting runtime error 65% into loading map. All other Raid places work fine.

Have since found upgrade 3.5.1 has solved the problem

Okay, I think figured it out. It's most likely a CTD because of a memory leak, but check your util when you're playing. I was running high textures and no MIP. Streets was the only map forcing 19GB of RAM usage out of my pc (32GB DDR4 @ 3600) and basically once it got to 20GB it'd crash. I lowered some settings, put MIP streaming on, and yeah it doesn't look as nice and still has horrible fps in places, but doesn't crash anymore, even with all the same mods.

I'm having an issue on Woods were it'll crash shortly in to the raid. My last raid I killed Shturman and his boys managed to loot their bodies but crashed, haven't played Streets on 3.5.1 yet.
