I tested your config with only SWAG and I get full raids with PMCs and SCAVs, somethings messed up it seems.

when you start your Aki server it loads a separate window, that's your server console. after you load into the raid, wait a few mins and copy your logs from that window and paste them here please.
thanks this helps. lets do a test if you don't mind:
- remove all mods (for now - make sure you make a copy of your SWAG config.json and patterns just in case)
- delete the contents of your cache: "user/cache/"
- install SWAG
- delete the SWAG patterns folder: "SWAG/config/patterns"
- install my mod
- use the same config as before:

ok thanks, that looks normal, you're getting lots of bots, each one of these is a bot being spawned:
[Client Request] /client/game/bot/generate
now start adding your other mods back in and see if your issues come back. if they do then there might be a mod conflict somewhere.

NEW: pmcGroupChance
pmcGroupChance is a new option (found in SWAG config.json) that represents a certain range of probabilities that the START-OF-RAID PMCs will spawn solo or in a group.
"none" - no groups, all solo
"low" - mostly solo, rare duos, even more rare trios, no quads
"asonline" (default) - ~70% solo, ~20% duos, rare trios, rare quads
"high" - lower chances of solo, mostly duos and trios, some quads
"max" - no solos, no duos, 50/50 chance of trios and quads
The probabilities for all PMCs will re-roll every raid - that means group chance will fluctuate each raid (within the range of your chosen "pmcGroupChance") so that start-of-raid PMCs will have some added randomness in that regard, just like live. you may end up in a quiet raid with a bunch of solo Timmys or a packed raid with lots of groups and everywhere in-between - the choice is yours.
Please keep in mind that increasing group chance **will spawn more PMCs in your raids at the start** (obviously) so you may want to adjust other settings as well so that things stay somewhat balanced (like bot caps, "pmcChance", etc...)

FIXED: Rogue chance, Raider chance
There may have been times when rogue/raider chances weren't being set properly - this has been fixed.
Other Changes:
None! No tuning this time - HOWEVER... please backup all of your configs before updating! Just in case you've made your own changes, don't lose them!

I had the same error while starting the game, I fixed it by copying the files in the src folder and overwriting. I didn't do it the first time because it seems like theres a few trash files left in the archive

i did it the same thing, it worked very well, and the error was on the loading screen to the profile, but now all fixed

In Softcore, I have everything turned off except for SecureContainerOptions, HideoutOptions, ScavCaseOptions, and OtherTweaks.
In SVM I had everything turned off except Stash and Item, Player and Skills, and Raid options.
client mods shouldn't conflict w/ spawn mods in most cases.
the one mod that stands out to me if SUWM (sensible weapon mods) since I'm aware that mod can cause bot gen issues. try removing that mod first and see if that fixes things.

didn't work, guess I'll try reinstalling and adding the mods 1 by 1. I'll post here if I can figure out what is causing it.

i guess anything that touches bot load outs could be the culprit, that would be a good starting point. also be sure to clear the contents of your cache just in case: user/cache/
