Player model not showing

I have an issue where the PMC model and clothing does not appear. I only get the headmodel and any armor or helmet I have shows and I can not enter raid. The scav model shows fine but not the PMC My main account was created in version 2.3.1, but this is the first time I've had issues with the model not showing. Not sure what the issue is or how to update profile to current version.

I've removed all mods and still have this issue. Under the drop down box for the clothing i get this. Not sure if this points to anything

It works with a new profile.
