Completing Skier's Friend from the West Part -1

I need to collect 7 dog tags but I haven't found a single one. I've killed multiple PMC's but they only have the standard scav loot (weapon, armour, helm). I'm not sure if they're supposed to have a backpack when I loot them, but I've killed multiple with packs and I never see in the search menu.

Is there a setting I'm missing? Any advice would be awesome.

I'm aware of that. I have killed multiple with unlootable melees and dope ass guns. I have also never found a scav with a backpack in his search menu.

On 3.5.4 go into Aki_Data\Server\config\bot.json and change and look under "convertIntoPmcChance", those are the conversion rates, you can change that to be higher. I don't know what your sample size is with regards to backpacks but maybe you are just unlucky.

I'm saying these guys haven't been dropping me dog tags. Is it a random chance that they have one?
