Graphics glitch, no bots spawning, and black screen on extract

Game finishes loading into level and I'm greeted with a grey screen with functional UI. Going into options and either changing or disabling FSR (has happened with both 1.0 and 2.2) restores in game graphics and everything else works as normal, with the exception that no bots spawn. The game then gets stuck in a blank screen immediately after extracting, requiring a hard shut down of the game. On restart, the game instance is pre-raid.

I've had 3 or 4 raids that were normal, and 2 where this happened. I installed SPT into its own folder on the same HDD as Tarkov.

The good news is I've played around 10 raids and it hasn't happened again. The only thing I changed is closing Google Chrome before launching the game to make sure it's not hogging resources.
